Orders

Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days. Complete your purchase before 12:00 on weekdays for same-day order processing. Deliveries to remote areas and islands typically take an extra 1-2 working days. Note: During high-volume periods like Black Friday, Christmas, Easter, or holidays, your order may face slight delays.

You'll receive a tracking link in the shipment confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Click the link to stay updated on your shipment's status.

Once your order is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided with a summary of your order. If you haven't received the order confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

If you still haven't received the confirmation email after an hour, we invite you to contact us at info@eyeamdesign.com.

To cancel, just email info@eyeamdesign.com.
Cancellation is only possible if the order hasn't been processed yet.

Delivery

Shipping is free across the European Union.

Sometimes a package might get lost, delivered to a nearby business, or given to a neighbor without it showing on the tracking link. If tracking shows delivery but you can't find the package, please contact us at info@eyeamdesign.com.

If your package arrives damaged, open it to check the products inside. If any are damaged, file a claim by emailing info@eyeamdesign.com. Include photos of the damaged product, the package, and the shipping label in your email.

Payments

Orders can be made using credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires), Paypal, and Bank Transfer.
The prices on our website are final prices in Euros, including all price components and VAT.

Your order does not include a delivery slip or invoice. If you need the invoice, we'll be happy to send it digitally. Just contact us at info@eyeamdesign.com.
IMPORTANT: Remember to add all invoice details in the "Billing Address" section before completing the order.

Sometimes an order may not go through successfully. If money is charged but you don't receive an order confirmation email (check spam and all eligible email addresses), it means the purchase didn't succeed.

Don't worry, in these cases, a refund is automatic and will be made to the same payment method within 3 business days.

Returns

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

You can easily return a product within 30 days of receiving the package. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Your refund will be processed soon after it's processed in our logistics center, which can take up to 14 days from product receipt.

My Account

You can see your order summary in your customer account under "My Orders." Here you'll find all orders made with your account or email address. Not registered yet? Sign up for exclusive discounts and promotions! Just click the person icon in the navigation bar and create an account. Once you receive and confirm our activation email, you can log in.

Don't worry! In the account section, click "Forgot Password?", enter your email, and click "Send." You'll receive an email with further instructions to create a new password. If you don't receive this email, check your spam folder.

You can change your address in your customer account under "Personal Data" - "Addresses."

Note: If you find an error in the address of an already placed order, you can only modify it through the delivery options of our delivery partner. To do so, click on your order's tracking link, which you will receive in the shipping confirmation email.

Discount Codes

Only one discount code can be used per order. Enter your discount code at checkout in the designated box and click "apply": your cart total will be automatically updated.

Remember to apply your discount code before paying for the order. Once the order is confirmed, no further discounts can be applied.

Discount codes cannot be combined.
